Why are people so sceptical and negative here? It's over, there needs to be a community patch to fix all the bugs cause EALA will soon be no more.

I want to solve this bug for the RA3 community. Now framerate is unlimited and can be any value above 30 fps. As it turned out, RA3 engine's server code was limited to 30 "network-frames" per second too.

After my patch game runs much more fast, as was before. In LAN game it works too. I need some time to find a way to limit fps for server mechanism, but leave FPS unlocked for rendering process.
