The new features for LDD sound good, but I hope they also fixed some of the placement bugs leaves for example. But as already stated, I also don't care about the box. Model Gal 12 years ago.

Why is there a 10 dollar service fee now? There wasn't one last time and we had boxes and instructions before. I guess I'll give TLG the benefit of the doubt until someone posts what the product looks like after they place an order please post a link here when you do.
David Bodville Boddy 12 years ago. LDD is good software so I'm looking forward to 3. They showed a video that demonstrated a set being "assembled" for shipment: it was nearly entirely by hand. None of the fancy robotics that push out Lego's mass-produced sets: the video showed live humans putting each and every boxed set together from start to finish.
Don't like it? Don't order a set. This looks really nice. Looking forward to trying the new LDD. Not that I've ever ordered a model I've built, nor do I actually use LDD that often, cause I feel like it takes so long to build anything decent.
Don't want to sound like I'm griping, that would be pointless. We all know building with real pieces, using our hands is much more fun and rewarding. I saw the same video as Ryan and agree fully. After seeing the care involved in each set I also think its definitely worth it.
