Koby 17, As mentioned in the title, I have been unable to successfully play burned backups on my PS3. As such, it is a very attractive prospect for me to be able to burn my library under 4. The problem is specific to PS2 games burned to a disc. Multiman will pick it up right away, however, title and all, even sometimes downloading the cover art. Attempting to launch the game from Multiman will cause the PS2 Format Disc to appear if it did not before.
From here, clicking on that icon, however it appeared, will cause my PS3 to go to a black screen and lock up, sometimes even needing to be killed with the switch. A note about my setup, given that it is non-standard as well. I am currently limited to a very cheap, old laptop that can just about be persuaded to run Debian 9.
