What happens to my messages when I upgrade to Visual Voicemail? All existing messages will be transferred to your new Visual Voicemail inbox. You may also need to enter your voicemail password which is what you entered when setting up your basic voice mailbox. If you can't remember it, you can reset your voicemail password.
