Excellent material. There are so many unrully users, owners of vehicles who use those lights just to intimidate other law abiding road users. Can't the gov't do something about this matter? The laws of driving , and enforcement of such laws should be enforced always. Being lack all is doing is killing innocent folks. Poor excuse for corruptions in Panama officials. This was easy to navigate, clear, concise, helpful, and good practice!
